About this shot
If you're a young person living in Waltham Forest and you want to be involved in making real changes in your community, we want you on our Young Advisors team.
Who are we?
- Young Advisors are a team of young people employed (£10.20 p/h) to advise businesses and the council on how they can be better for young people.
What do we do?
- We do research-projects to improve local services. Young Advisors are trained in how to carry out research in their community.
As a Young Advisor, you'll be part of a national network and gain valuable skills, experience and certification - all whilst having your say on how to make services better - and earning some money too!
This is a flexible role that can fit around academic and other activities, but we are looking for individuals who are committed, as you'll need to attend monthly meetings at the Town Hall.
Some of the projects we have been involved in recently are on the next page
