In a feat that can only be described as superhuman, Indonesian climber Aries Susanti Rahayu won the women's speed category of the IFSC Climbing World Cup on Saturday in China, beating China's Yi Ling Song in the finals.

Aries commented that becoming a world record holder was far beyond her expectations, but she was very grateful for the achievement and endless support she'd received as a professional athlete in pursuit of her dream.
